I founded Tailor Made Outsourcing with a clear mission: to challenge the broken and often unfair model that dominates the outsourcing industry. While working on the ground in the Philippines and helping establish BPO operations, I saw exactly how the system worked behind the scenes. Businesses were being charged premium rates, yet the professionals actually doing the work were receiving only a fraction of what they deserved.
That disconnect didn’t sit right with me. It was clear the model was built to benefit agencies, not clients or talent. I knew there had to be a smarter, more transparent, and more ethical way to operate.
So I built one.
At Tailor Made Outsourcing, we keep things simple and fair. You pay a one-time placement fee, and from that point forward, 100 percent of the hourly rate goes directly to your agent. No hidden margins, no ongoing commissions, and no inflated costs buried in the background.
It is outsourcing the way it should be, transparent, cost-effective, and designed to create real value for both businesses and the people supporting them.

I am calling it what it is: absolute non-sense in the industry nowadays. All we see are other outsourcing companies using the same speech day in and day out: "You pay us a one-time fee for recruitment. We are not like the BPOs that charge monthly fees and underpay their agents." LOL…
What they fail to mention is that they're going to charge you THOUSANDS of dollars as that one-time fee. NONSENSE!

For example, we charge $495 for the successful placement of a Virtual Assistant, $595 for a Graphic Designer, and $695 for an Accountant/Bookkeeper.
What We Do
We have been in the outsourcing world for over 10 years and have built a database of thousands of contractors in the Philippines. We also have partnerships with local recruiters and job boards.
We charge a ONE-TIME flat fee that is only payable after you select your contractor. The ONE-TIME fee is the BEST in the market, you won’t find a better rate than what we are offering.
We do not charge any monthly fees or anything of that nature.
Under the rare circumstances that you do… show us the quote and watch us eliminate it to pieces. We are setting the benchmark in the industry moving forward.
We can get contractors for $5–$14 AUD per hour, and once again, if you get offered a better rate, watch us BEAT IT.
The way we work though, is YOU tell us what your hourly budget is and we will do everything under the sun to get you a quality contractor for that hourly rate.
We offer a 30-day replacement policy for your peace of mind. If it does not work out with you contractor in the first 30 days, we will replace the contractor at $0 charge.
You pay the contractor directly for the hours they work each month.
We can find contractors that work casual, part time or full time.
We conduct first-round and second-round interviews, skills assessments, and background checks before sending you the top five candidates to interview.
